Is an author, forecaster and an AIAIG intelligence analyst, university teaching assistant, and theorist of natural geopolitics. Bridging theoretical abstraction with operational pragmatism, he deconstructs global power architectures through the Institutional Evolutionary Equilibrium (EEI) and Neo-Memetics (NM) paradigms. As the creator of the S-Cycle's Strategic function within cliodynamics, he translates the raw complexity of human societies into actionable models for strategic planning.
Donatello D'Andrea
Vicepresident and Co-founder
A political scientist and International Relations analyst. As a linguistics and communication theorist, he co-developed the conceptual architecture of the Delphi Model. He serves as an adjunct lecturer at the National School of Administration (SNA). He bridges theoretical formulation with an operational practice rooted in the study of language: working as a freelance journalist, communicator, and ghostwriter, he deconstructs the mechanisms of top-level communication and converts them into complex geopolitical analysis.
Vanessa Piccioni
Co-founder
A registered journalist, she collaborates with Mediaset and scientific journals specializing in in-depth geopolitical analysis. A graduate of Sapienza University of Rome, she has produced and hosted several in-depth programs for the European Parliament in Strasbourg and Brussels.
Filippo Rigonat

Editor-in-Chief of L’Europeista, Communicator for Dol srl, and freelance writer. Student of Political Science and International Relations at Sapienza University of Rome.
Pieralberto Mengozzi
Senior co-founder
Pieralberto Mengozzi teaches European Union Law at the University of Bologna and serves on its PhD teaching board for European Law. Holding a cum laude PhD from the same institution, his research focuses on the impact of EU law on civil and international contracts. He is a member of the Italian Association of European Union Law Scholars (AISDUE) and sits on the scientific and editorial boards of Cuadernos de Derecho Transnacional and Studi sull’Integrazione Europea. Alongside his academic roles, he actively supervises doctoral research exploring EU cultural heritage and sustainable global trade policies.
Viljar Ujkaj
Junior Analyst level III
Viljar Ujkaj is a junior analyst at the Delphi Observatory. With a degree in Political Science from the University of Pisa, his research focuses on the Middle East, international relations, and the analysis of power dynamics. His main interests include history, evolutionary biology, and science communication.
Samuele Dario Lunghi
Junior Analyst Level III
Samuele Lunghi is a student of Political Science and International Relations (UniMi), he combines an engineering background with a past as a multiple-time Italian chess champion to bring a surgical approach to data. With international experience at the LSE and soon heading to Sciences Po, at Delphi he works in the Yellow Sea and Israeli Network Observatories. When he is not dealing with geostrategic analysis and power dynamics, he watches Formula 1 or drives a boat on the Naviglio.
Rosario Marrapodi

Rosario Marrapodi is a researcher in Public Management and Human Resource Management. He is involved in research, executive education, and organizational innovation projects in collaboration with academic institutions and public administrations, including the National School of Administration (SNA). Member of the ASSIOA scientific community and serving on the editorial boards of peer-reviewed journals in management and organization studies. Author of several books and scientific articles published in top international journals, with a current research focus on the impact of artificial intelligence on decision-making processes and organizational models.
